The company has one director, John Brunsden and an administrator, Khai Pickett.
John founded English Teaching College (ETC), a language school with four campuses; North Shore (Auckland), Wellington, Lower Hutt and Palmerston North. ETC has been in business since 1993 and in 2024 had over 350 EFTS, domestic and international. John has a teaching diploma and a MA in International Development from Massey University.
Khai is Vietnamese and has lived in New Zealand for over 40 years as a New Zealand citizen. Khai has run an IT business for 30 years, and more recently has visited Vietnam several times as a successful international marketer. Khai has developed a strong network of schools in the south and the north of Vietnam. She also provides pastoral care and homestay accommodation while students are in New Zealand.
